摘 要:本文设计了以反拖型汽车底盘测功机为基础的检测平台,通过对汽车的模拟道路行驶,通过超声波进行即时检测,研究开发了以PC为硬件平台、并结合虚拟仪器LabVIEW技术的上位机的软件系统,配合必要的传感器、信号调理器和数据采集卡组成的多通道油耗检测虚拟仪器系统。该系统在计算机上通过软件控制数据采集、数据分析并显示结果,而且根据国家的汽车油耗检测国家标准的要求,开发了能对检测的数据进行存储、查询和百公里油耗值计算的数据库系统。

Non-separated Oil-consuming Analysis Instrument

Abstract: This paper designed measuring bedrock by automotive chassis dynamometers and developed the system of non-separated oil-consuming measuring by PC as the hardware and designed virtual instrument as software, matched with sensor, system signal adjusted and DAQ card. That system controls the collection and analysis of data and shows the result at computer by software. Design the database system that can save and search the data of oil-consuming according to the national standard request of car oil-consuming.
